The space Great bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The shared bathroom upstairs is very clean and there is a half bath downstairs. Downstairs is shared space, so make yourself at home. Guest access Front door is coded lock, but bedroom is a key that will be in the door upon checkin. A $25 lost key fee will be charged if lost. During your stay Host is on site in office from 9-5 M-F. Property manager is onsite in Back house most of the time. Both can be reached via cell phone numbers provided upon check in. We are laid back and respect your privacy but please reach out if you have a need. Other things to note $30 cleaning fee, $100 for stays of 7 nights or more.
