This amazing 1 bedroom apartment offers 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2), private bathroom (shower and bath), free toiletries. Private kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Apartment is air-conditioned and provides a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a washing machine (with drying option), a tea and coffee maker. Large south west facing terrace overlooking Strait of Gibraltar and Africa. The space Ocean Spa Plaza is one of Gibraltars most prestigious locations. Sky Spa on the rooftop enjoys breathtaking 360 degree vistas and includes a variety of exclusive water features; from jets and hydro massage to relieve aching muscles, to relaxing Jacuzzis, cascading waterfalls, sauna, steam room and an anti-cellulite massage pool. Access to Sky Spa is for users 18 or over. There is family pool area located on the 8th floor. It includes a lap pool, children’s pools and splash pool with stepping-stones and island feature. Spa/Pools facilities are for residents only. Max 2 guests per apartment are allowed access to the Pool area at the same time. This policy must be strictly followed during summer months. In winter more guests may be allowed access, subject to availability. Parking is available on premises for additional cost (approx. 31GBP per day). Guest access To access the property guests need to be registered by the host at security reception. In order to accelerate the process guests may be asked to send their ID info before arrival so we can ensure hassle free check in. Other things to note Special attention to the following rules: • Not being a nuisance to other residents, no screaming and shouting and slamming doors • No rubbish or cigarette ends to be discarded over the balconies • No BBQ’s • No laundry or washing lines over or next to the balustrade glass. (kept to the rear out of view) • Strictly no parties on the balconies • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed in the apartment
