The apartments are structured on different levels and accessible via the stairs that lead to the bottom of the staircase from which there are 2 accesses directly to the sea on the cliff and common terraces with sun loungers from which to enjoy a splendid sea view with breathtaking sunsets on the hut of Portoferraio with the background of Corsica and Capraia. For snorkeling enthusiasts and experienced divers, the seabed in front of the Cota Quinta Residence offers the best that can be found on Elba Island, just as trekking lovers will find an infinite number of paths that wind around the residence.
