Welcome to our beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, tucked in the Arouca area. Less than 10 mins from Piarco Int’l Airport & approx 25 mins from Port of Spain. Minutes from the mall, golf course and other local and International restaurants. If you like Starbucks, it’s just 7 mins away Transportation to and from the airport $20.00 USD each way. Transport to other destinations can also be organized (in-house.) Parking available. ***NO POOL***NO POOL***NO POOL*** The space The property is a house with a separate apartments with its own separate entrance, located on the second floor. The available Airbnb space is an entire 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It is located to the back. Free Wi-Fi available, Smart TVs in every bedroom including living room, so feel free to log in to your streaming accounts and have fun. Lots of other amenities included. In-house transportation can be arranged at below market value cost to our guest. Entrance to your apartment will be a touchscreen keypad with digital code provided upon arrival. Coffee machines, and all stainless steel appliances to add a modern appearance. LED lighting to add ambience. When you arrive the entrance to the apartment is in the back. Walk down the left side of the home and you will see the steps to gain entry to the apartment. You will see the white door with a black touchpad (keyless) entry. Enter your code and open the door. Other things to note Please do not remove any Kitchen items, Towels or hand towels, plates, cups or appliances. Nothing shall be removed from the apartment. If you need extra towels or hand towels feel free to ask. Cleaning is free and Laundry (for towels/hand towels only) will be done every 4 days. Towels and hand towels should be placed in the grey bin to be cleaned and replaced. Garbage should be left outside of Airbnb door when filled. Please respect this wonderful home we have provided for you. We promise to do everything to make it warm and welcoming. Dishes should be done by guest. If anything should break (Glasses or Plates). Please let us know. We understand incidents happen. As long as more than one isn’t broken in a single stay. If you have to invite guest over, not apart of the original booking, You MUST notify us before hand and provide a PHOTO ID of all guests you invite for safety purposes.
