Close to the city center of Saint Jean de Monts (15 min walk and 5 min by bike) and not far from beaches and seaside activities (40 min walk and 15 min by bike), you can put the car down and do everything on foot or by bike (Vélodyssée secure greenway) and enjoy the private and heated pool. Our villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bright living room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows, one of which opens completely to the terrace and pool. The space Our accommodation is classified as "4-star furnished tourist property" by the Tourist Authority of the country of St Jean de Monts. The property is composed of a 4 room house, 8m50 by 4m heated swimming pool, local swimming pool and shelter, 50m² terrace and fully enclosed plot of walls surmounted by wooden claustras and motorized gate. The house is equipped with an equipped kitchen including induction hob, oven, microwave oven, hood, 2-door American refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster and kettle. 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a "queen size" bed of 160x200 and storage with wardrobe and hangers. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 and a single bed 90 x 200 and storage with wardrobe and hangers The living room is composed of: - the kitchen-dining area equipped with a table and 7 chairs, - a living room with a 3 seater and 2 armchairs, a living room table and a 65-inch (165 cm) Hisense smart TV The house includes 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, a separate toilet and an entrance/laundry room with washer-dryer. The house has essentials for indoor maintenance: broom, mop, Dyson vacuum cleaner. Outside, the property includes a heated pool of 8m50 by 4m (max depth 1m70) with motorized shutter and automated salt treatment, a technical room with security camera, a 50 m² terrace (synthetic lawn), a parking space and a grassed space on the tour and at the back of the house. The outdoor equipment is composed of 4 deckchairs and a 2-seater bed as well as a table and 8 outdoor chairs. Free parking is also available in front of the property located in a cul-de-sac. Accessibility: Our house does not have specific amenities facilitating access for people with disabilities or PRMs. Bedding and bathroom linen are not included in the rental. Bed linen may be the subject of an additional service request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The rental will be the subject of a written rental agreement. A deposit of 30% of the total will be requested. An amount of 1500 euros will be required upon entering the rental either by uncashed bank card imprint or bank transfer or cash as a security deposit intended to cover any rental damage.
