Close to the city center of Saint Jean de Monts (15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike) and not far from the beaches and seaside activities (40 minutes walk and 15 minutes by bike), you can park the car and do everything on foot or by bike (secure green Vélodyssée bike path) and enjoy the private and heated pool. Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bright living room with two large bay windows, one of which opens completely onto the terrace and the pool. The space Our accommodation is classified as "4-star furnished tourist accommodation" by the St Jean de Monts Tourism Office. The property is composed of a 4-room house, a heated 8.5 m by 4 m pool, a pool room and shelter, a 50 m² terrace and a plot of land completely enclosed by walls topped with wooden screens and a motorized gate. The house is equipped with a fitted kitchen including induction hob, oven, microwave oven, hood, 2-door American refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster and kettle. 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a 160 x 200 "Queen Size" bed and storage with wardrobe and hangers. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm and storage with wardrobe and hangers The living room is composed of: - the kitchen-dining area equipped with a table and 7 chairs, - a living room with a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a 65-inch (165 cm) Hisense smart TV The house includes 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, a separate toilet and an entrance/laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house has the necessary for interior maintenance: broom, mop, Dyson brand vacuum cleaner. Outside, the property includes a heated swimming pool of 8.50 m by 4 m (max depth 1.70 m) with motorized shutter and automated salt treatment, a technical room with security camera, a terrace of 50 m² (synthetic lawn), a parking space and a grassy area around and at the back of the house. The outdoor equipment consists of 4 deckchairs and a 2-seater deckchair bed as well as a table and 8 outdoor chairs. Free parking is also available in front of the property located in a cul-de-sac. Accessibility: Our house does not have specific facilities to facilitate access for people with disabilities or PRM. Bed linen and bathroom linen are not included in the rental. Bed linen may be the subject of a request for additional service. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The rental will be subject to a written rental agreement. A deposit of 30% of the total will be requested. An amount of 1,500 euros will be requested upon entry into the rental either by a non-cashed credit card imprint system or transfer or cash as a security deposit intended to cover any rental damage.
