The property also has two detached guest houses with a bedroom, kitchen & full bathrooms. The space A fantastic secluded countryside experience! A main house & two separate guest houses has ample living space making it a perfect place for your next family reunion or retreat. Come nightfall, the countryside comes alive being far away from civilization for the best stargazing. Spacious main bedroom with a TV and adjoined private bathroom with a large shower and separate oversize tub, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV, and closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, closet, and private back porch entrance. The dedicated office which can also be used as a private bedroom (bedroom 4) has a queen blow up mattress and closet. Full second bathroom with large shower. The kitchen was recently custom built for a chef's dream with double ovens with a large island and open counter tops with seating area. The lounge is very spacious with an oversize 4 recliner leather couch which can also be used for additional guests to sleep on. We have two detached private guest houses/cabins with a king and queen beds and full bathroom (cabin T) and the other cabin (A) has a king and a twin bed as well as kitchen, and bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both located just a few steps from the main house. The garage is 1,400 SF of fun! If the weather is not the best, leave the large door open and play corn hole (provided), watch some football, make drinks at the bar, or just hang out. We have Starlink for WiFi allowing you to work, stream games and just relax. Two stocked fishing ponds (catch and release). Large firepit that can seat 10 comfortably. Guest access The property is yours to enjoy, but please be aware this is the country and we have "critters". Please be respectful to our neighbors, they live out here to enjoy the peace and quiet. No loud music and no wild parties. Watch where you walk and for your safety and ours please do not go into uncleared areas or any areas that are marked off in yellow. Please stick to lit up and mowed areas. We will always try our very best to have one fire ready in the firepit for your use. Please do not cut down any trees for firewood, please provide your own. The operation of ATV's/motorbikes is prohibited on the property. Shooting and fireworks is prohibited. ** All over night guests must match the original booking. **Maximum guests allowed on the property is 15. Pets (we only allow dogs / 2 max under 50lbs) must be on reservation. Other things to note Please watch your pets and children, we have "critters"! The pool is not fenced. Please stick to well lit and mowed areas. Please do not go into areas that are marked off in yellow. No children or pets are to be left unsupervised at any time. No loud music. No glitter permitted anywhere on the property, there will be an additional cleaning fee applied for any type of glitter. Please no decorations inside the houses, you may decorate the garage. No shooting or fireworks permitted. No ATV/ UTV’s or motorcycles to be driven on property. ** All over night guests must match the original booking. **Maximum guests allowed on the property is 15.
