Cozy and functional space, ideal for short or long stays. The space space is cozy and private. Guest ➡️ streamings must log in with their account (e.g. Netflix, Globoplay etc...) ➡️ Bathroom 🍀Kitchen attached to the bedroom ➡️ Table with 2 stools 2-burner electric➡️ stove 20-liter ➡️ microwave ➡️ Coffee pot ➡️ Mini fridge ➡️ Sandwich maker ➡️ We provide dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, openers and pans (essential and basic items for preparing simple meals). 🍀Parking ➡️ We offer 1 uncovered space inside the patio, electronic gate and a place monitored by cameras. (For motorcycles, we have an exclusive parking space and the guest must inform us at the time of booking. 🍀 Check in ➡️ Performed through the lockbox. Guest will receive all information and instructions on the day of check-in. It ➡️ can be done after 3:00 🍀 Check-out It ➡️ must be carried out by 10 a.m., respecting the time so as not to delay the cleaning schedule and the arrival of the next guests. ➡️ Key must be returned to the box. 🍀Notes: ➡️ We provide bed linen ➡️ One bath towel per guest informed at the time of booking. ➡️Pillows Guest access They can circulate in the entrance areas, garage and the entire space of the accommodation. Other things to note House rules To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to read and respect the rules below: 🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or in the outdoor areas (windows, doors or common areas). The smell of smoke can spread to other studios and this impacts other guests. 🎉 Parties, events and visits No parties or events of any kind. Visits are not allowed during the stay. Only people informed at the time of booking can access the studio. Guest 👥 limit Guests are not allowed to stay above the number stated in the reservation, even for a short period. 🐾 Pets No pets are allowed in the studio. 🍽️ Alimentação Eating on the bed or sofa is not allowed in order to avoid stains, odors and damage to the upholstery. 🍳 Food Frying or cooking that generates a strong and persistent smell (e.g., hot oil, fish, very greasy foods) is not allowed. If an intense odor is identified that requires extra cleaning or blocking of the studio, an additional fee may be charged. 🔥 No candles, incense, hookahs, or any item that generates smoke or flame. 🧺 Bed linen and bath linens Removing makeup, hair dye, or any chemicals on the towels is not allowed. If there are permanent stains, you may be charged for replacing the item. 🧼 Space conservation Please be careful with furniture, appliances and decorative items. Any damage, excessive dirt or non-compliance with the rules may generate additional charges according to the platform's policies. 🔇 Coexistence and quiet Respect quiet hours and good coexistence, avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. 🔑 Check-In and Check-Out Check-in from 3pm. Check-out until 10am. Early check-in or late check-out only with prior authorization. Staying in the property after check-out time may incur an additional charge. 🚗 Parking One parking space is available, as indicated in the check-in instructions. Use of the parking space is exclusively for the vehicle informed by the guest and only during the reservation period. 🔑 Use of the space The studio must be used exclusively for hosting purposes. Any commercial or professional use without prior authorization is prohibited.
