Northstar Village studio Ski-In/Ski-Out

This hotel-style studio unit is located in the heart of Northstar Tahoe Village at the Timber Creek Lodge. You can’t beat the location! The space We have free covered parking under the building for 1 car (clearance is 7’ 7”) and an electronic door lock for self check-in. Inside, the unit features 2 queen beds and sleeps 4 max, bathroom with tub and shower, counter table with 2 stools, a small nook in closet with mini-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, hot water kettle, microwave and toaster and an outdoor balcony with a cafe table and 2 chairs. PLEASE NOTE: Early check-in or late check-out MAY be available with advance notice - a lot of guests request this so advance notice is recommended. Please contact us early to discuss. Rate = $150 for either early check-in or late check-out, and includes the parking space. Parking is available for the hours you are a guest in the unit. If you would like to use the parking space for longer, please check with us in advance for availability and rates. Guest access Guests will be given two passes to the recreation center that is just a few minutes walk across the parking lot. It has swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, a gym with cardio area and weight machines, saunas, tennis, pickle ball and bocci ball courts, a children’s playground and summer arts & crafts. $10 per adult for use. Right outside the building’s front door is Copper Lane Provisions where you can grab a latte, breakfast or lunch to go, groceries, souvenirs or any other items you may have forgotten. Next door is Los Arcos taqueria, a great lunch place too! And just down the walkway and up the stairs is the main village with the main gondola to the left, the ice/roller skating rink ahead and restaurants (Rubicon Pizza), bars and shops all around. There is also a movie theatre near the shuttle turnaround. From the village, you can also visit the Ritz-Carlton. Just hop on the Highlands Gondola (free for pedestrians without ski equipment). This 8 minute ride will drop you on the back patio of the hotel. From there, take a left and head down the stairway and into the hotel. For a kid’s activity, you can purchase s’mores kits at the bar and toast marshmallows at the fire pits. Pro tip: if you are riding the next day, you can check-in your skis/boards along the backside of the base of the gondola so you don't need to carry them to the condo, just to save a bit of energy and space inside the unit. During the summer on the mountain there are hiking trails and the lifts are running for mountain biking Thursday-Saturday. The golf course and driving range are also just a short drive down the hill.
