It is on a family plot, shared outdoor area, with two family houses. Two en-suites. Plus one en-suite with two single beds. The entire environment is air-conditioned, hot or cold. The space Our balcony will enchant you with a beautiful view of Balneário Piçarras beach. The entire space overlooks the sea, modern and cozy with air conditioning, a queen-size bed, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, sandwich maker, mixer, gourmet grill, blender and utensils. And of course, beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy the beach that is right in front of you! Other things to note Prime location, 5-minute walk to the market, bakery and restaurants. We also offer parking space for your vehicle. To access the apartment there is a staircase. Smoking is not permitted on the apartment premises.
