Crafers House is a peaceful and beautiful place to be. A contemporary and stylish home, secluded and surrounded by trees and meadow flowers. Wake to a magpie chorus.End the day with kookaburra laughter. The city is only a 15 minute drive. 3 minutes the village of Stirling with cafes restaurants and shops Visit the lookout at Mount Lofty,walk in Botanical Gardens,hike in Belair National Park or sample the delights of the Adelaide Hills wineries all are close by. Enjoy a retreat here The space The guests can have private access and the whole downstairs is for sole use ( except on washday )with access to all communal areas The house is tasteful and comfortably decorated and offers two options for stays. Option 1 Sole use of upstairs areas including kitchen,bathroom ( with bath) ,lounge,dining /study, deck and private access. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a tranquil treetop view, an absolute delight to wake up to. This option is available for a minimum stay of 3 days @$ 175.oo per night with the 4 th night free. Option 2 A light and airy downstairs room with garden views ,private access and shared use of all facilities. this budget minded option is available for$102 per night with a $ 35 cleaning fee per stay. Guest access Via front door or your choice of three lockable access points downstairs During your stay I would like to introduce myself to you,ask if there is anything that would make your stay better .. and work out what time and where you would like breakfast . Other things to note Please do not smoke in the house . Please advise if you are not ok with an ageing pooch in residence or any allergies..the dog is “lamb chop “ super friendly but can’t manage the stairs any more ..so downstairs is pet free . I use a hot spot for internet (upgraded to G5 recently) so I have not had any problems . If this is an issue please advise at least two weeks in advance so I can have the modem re connected a daily surcharge of $2.00 will apply for short term stays. Landscaping work due to be finished prior to Christmas is still in progress.For your safety and my peace of mind please do not use the down stairs access until completed. We have about 8 trains per day passing thru the bottom of the valley. Nostalgic for me but could be irritating if unexpected. Does not intrude for long.
