These rooms occupy the whole second floor of the house. A delightful level 10 min walk along stunning Great Pultney Street, to Pultney Bridge, the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, Pump Rooms, & the Abbey . There are also two nearby beautiful Georgian parks. We’re only 5 mins. walk from The Holborne and Victoria Museum. The space This listing cupies the whole second floor and has its own huge private bathroom and shower room to compliment the very large king size bedroom. Total 40 square metres. You’ll be staying in a beautiful 18th century Georgian Town House, once home ( around 1798 to 1820 ) to artist Benjamin Barker . ( He’s commemorated by a Bath heritage plaque on the front of the house.) Due to a higher demand for lower “room only” rates we suspended breakfasts and reduced prices. However, this was the more popular option as we’re only a few minutes level walk from countless places offering fantastic breakfasts. Guest access Guests access the second floor from the communal stairs. Your bedroom and large private bathroom are the only rooms on the second floor of the property. By train it's around 85 mins from London Paddington to Bath, and we are a five minute cab ride from Bath Spa station, or a very enjoyable 12-15 minute flat and even walk through the lovely city centre. If coming by car we do have electronic permits available to purchase on arrival, which allow you to park in all residents bays that are in zone 01. These are £7.50 per day.
