The space Welcome to our freshly designed apartment with a breathtaking view over Hof, accommodating up to 6 people! Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee on our inviting balcony and enjoy the splendid view. Our apartment features not just one, but two comfortable king-size beds (180x200cm) for a restful sleep, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings. Our fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer has everything you need for a delightful meal. Spices, vinegar, and oil are readily available for your use. The stunning wooden dining table stands impressively in the middle of the room, accommodating up to 6 people. Unwind in the newly designed bathroom, offering both a refreshing shower and an inviting bathtub. A washer-dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board are also at your disposal. To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide fresh towels, as well as shower gel and shampoo. Even as a group, you won't have to worry about space. Our comfortable sofa bed accommodates the 5th and 6th guests. On request we offer an extra bed for up to 4 single beds. Parking concerns are a thing of the past, as ample free parking is available right in front of the house. We warmly invite you to enjoy your stay to the fullest and look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself completely at home! To access the apartment, you will receive an access code before your arrival, which will grant you entry to the apartment through an electronic door lock. The necessary online check-in form must be filled out beforehand. It is located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. However, you will be rewarded later with a magnificent view over the city from the balcony. Other things to note By booking, you automatically agree to our house rules. A decibel meter is installed in the living room of the apartment. It records only the noise level. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. Additionally, a welcome set with coffee and tea, as well as shampoo and shower gel, awaits you. Additional services: Later check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an extra charge. Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an additional fee. On request one extra bed for up to 4 single beds. Before check-in, a registration form must be filled out. Important: According to §§29 and 30 of the Residence Registration Act (MG), we are required to provide a registration form for every guest staying with us. Therefore, by making the booking, you agree to fill out our registration form during the online check-in process.
