You will need to share the upstairs restroom as the restroom downstairs has not been finished. The TV does not have smart capabilities, but some people have brought an HDMI cord and hooked their computer up to it! There is a DVD player and a few selection of movies. Guest access You are welcome to access the room downstairs as well as a spare room to the side where you can blow up an aero bed. And there is a living area. There are storage areas and an office that is not accessible to you.
