If you are renting for one month or more, there will be a utility cap of $1000. This cap is based on a standard allowance for sufficient normal monthly usage. Daily or weekly service of house cleaning is available for an additional cost. Kindly note that the property undergoes regular maintenance, including gardening services. The schedule will be outlined in the house manual; however, please be aware that these dates may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Since these are external services, we may not always be able to notify guests in advance of any changes. By booking the property, guests consent to allowing staff to enter the necessary outdoor spaces (excluding the inside of the property/unit itself) as needed for maintenance/gardening/pool purposes. Monthly fee applies for use of EV electric vehicle charger. We also have a concierge service available for your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to coordinate a private chef for dinner, salon hair services, luxury car rental, flights, restaurant reservations, event tickets, etc. Additional beds can be provided for additional guests. House includes: Linens, Towels, Kitchen Accessories, Iron, Blow Dryer. All the baby items such as the High Chair and Crib can be provided for an extra charge. Please inquire. Posted check-out times are always flexible and are mostly dependent upon when prior or future guests are leaving or arriving and having time to clean the house for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate working with your schedule, but we cannot guarantee to meet outside of the posted times.
