Forget your worries in this serene accommodation of about 110 m². This completely refurbished villa has been designed for your comfort without missing anything for a pleasant vacation! Villa not overlooked in quiet subdivision. Functional, bright and spacious inside and out, beautiful secure pool and private parking on its fully fenced property. The space Villa composed of: 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double bed and air conditioning. 1 shower room and double sink on the ground floor and separate toilet. 1 shower room, 1 sink and toilet upstairs. A large fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, host... 1 spacious living room with 2 sofas including 1 very comfortable convertible sofa and air conditioning. 1 dining area with a large table that can seat 6 to 8 people (double extensions). Outside, you can enjoy several lunch areas: - on the main terrace that can be shaded by the electric blind - under the second terrace shaded by reeds under the summer kitchen and garden furniture. The pool area is fully fenced, access is through a locked gate. You can bask by the water or take part in great games of pétanque on the bowling green. Everything is designed so you can relax no matter where you are in the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. Accommodation located 5 minutes by car from the village and shops (bakeries, Lidl, Casino, Intermarché, 30 minutes from our magnificent Verdon Gorge and 1 hour from the sea. Other things to note - The cleaning fee of 150e (to be paid in cash) will be requested on the day of your arrival. - Linens are included in your rental. We are very meticulous and attentive about cleaning the house and its exteriors. Hygiene measures have been strengthened since previous crises. We try our best to satisfy all our tenants, whether throughout your stay but also during check-in and check-out times, we will always try to be as accommodating as possible.
