The middle level is the hub of the house with the kitchen, 2 dining areas, a casual and a formal lounge and 2 bedrooms plus bathroom. 1 bedroom with queen bed the other with queen and single bed. The middle level opens to a private rear courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is also a deck off the lounge with wonderful sea views. On the upper level is the master bedroom with king bed, huge walk in wardrobe and bathroom and a private deck. Guest access This property is self-check in 24hrs. You have full exclusive use of the house and property. Strictly NO PARTYING & NO SMOKING inside the property. $500 SMOKE REMEDIATION fee if you violate our NO SMOKING POLICY. BBQ - If you have used the BBQ during your stay, you have to clean it with the cleaning materials provided. If the BBQ is left dirty, a $55 extra cleaning fee will be collected.
