Easy walking distance to shops such as a bakery and grocery store. Facilities: The 90 sqm half of the house on three levels can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The furnishings are characterized by their extremely tasteful and upscale standard. The living area invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace. The modern TV, a DVD player and a compact stereo system provide entertainment. Enjoy a delicious family dinner, an extensive holiday breakfast or social game evenings at the large dining table. The open kitchen offers you comfortable equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, range hood, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, kettle and a toaster. From the living room you can go directly to the terrace with garden furniture and beach chair (southwest). You can relax in the beautiful, sheltered garden. The living area and the bathroom are heated by underfloor heating. A staircase leads to the level with the two bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200). A large built-in closet with TV will delight you. The second bedroom offers two single beds (100 x *contact info removed*). Here, too, you will find a large closet and a TV. Another staircase leads to the attic, which has been prepared as a children's bedroom. Here your little ones have two single beds (low bed height), a lush play corner and a TV. In addition to a relaxing rain shower, the bathroom also offers a washing machine, a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer to make your stay even more pleasant. The guest toilet on the ground floor completes the picture. Features: In our non-smoking apartment, we provide you with free Wi-Fi. Two parking spaces and a bicycle stand in the carport are available directly at the house. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked in the optional services.
