Centrally located between Pittsburgh PA and Youngstown OH. 35 Just 10 minutes from Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino. 25 minutes from Shell ethylene cracker plant in Monaca PA. Just 13 minutes to Beaver Valley Power Station. There is a new Dollar General within eyesight as well as a Bar & Grill/wing joint. 2 more restaurant/bars within a minute Can easily sleep up to 3 to 4 people and if you need more space, you would be able to book both sides of this duplex if the dates are open.
