Fabulous 11th floor views with a beach that is never crowded. This condo has been completely renovated! We are about 10 minutes from groceries and restaurants. We have several golf courses within 40 minutes, including PGA. We are right next to the Navy Seal Museum which is a fabulous place to visit. Great place to get out of the winter up North! Important to note: 90 DAY MINIMUM! No Pets and No Smoking. HOA Mandated Background check can take a couple of weeks. The space The building has a pool, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffle board, free parking, and of course a beautiful beach. In the lobby, you can meet your neighbors in happy hour parties, movie watching get togethers and even exercise classes occasionally. Guest access You'll have the entire condo to yourself.
