The building replaces the original mill construction, which was part of the Dolské údolí valley, through which the Libáňský potok stream flows. The cottage is located in a secluded area, surrounded by 3.8 hectares of land, which provides visitors with full privacy, despite the fact that the owners are in the other part of the cottage. A stream flows through the land and a sacred spring flows from the rock behind the cottage, which flows into a romantic pond.
