Surrounded by mountains, Loèche-les-Bains offers all kinds of activities for both winter sports (skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, skating) and summer (hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking...) thanks to the ski lifts accessible for a good part of the year. The space This 3.5-room apartment, with an area of approximately 100 m2, includes - 2 bedrooms, - 1 large living room including: - the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (2 people), - the dining room, - the kitchen with large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, meat or cheese fondue set, combined grill for meat and raclette and everything you need to cook in the best conditions, - 2 bathrooms (one with shower/toilet and the other bath/toilet adjoining the master bedroom, - 1 private parking space in the common garage. Upon request only and subject to availability, a second parking space could be offered for a cost of CHF 15.- per day. Linens and towels are available and cleaning costs are included in the cleaning fee. Provided free of charge: Wi-Fi, board games, foldable baby bed, high chair and children's dishes. Access is completely autonomous thanks to an external key safe. Other things to note An 8-seater Jacuzzi is at your disposal on the terrace. It can be used throughout your stay, but out of respect for the neighbors, we thank you for not using it between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Thank you for taking a shower before and after use. This will help maintain good water quality.
