The beautifully landscaped backyard has a large pool with a deep end and optional heating, ample lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas, a hot tub for 8, natural gas 4 burner BBQ, dining table, conversational seating, a natural gas fire pit with seating for 8, a bocce ball court, and views of Camelback Mountain, as well as gorgeous sunset views. In front of the home has a great seating area with conversational seating and a table with an umbrella to enjoy, your morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise. The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you need to prepare large or holiday meal including dishware, cookware, serving dishes, many spices, cooking oil, etc., plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, sponge, dish soap, and dish washing detergent, and kitchen trash bags. There is a drip coffee maker and we include ground coffee, filters, sugar, and tea bags. There are 2 seperate living areas, the back liiving has an extra large TV, and is where the comfortable memory foam mattress Queen size sleeper sofa is located, which can be made up upon your request at the time your reservation is made. The bedrooms all have very comfortable memory foam mattresses, nightstand/s, lamps, remote controlled ceiling fans, closets w/ hangers, and window blinds. The primary and queen size bedrooms also have smart TV's with remotes, and a dresser. Both bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash, hand soap, kleenex, toilet paper, and Q-tips, and clothes hooks on back of doors. The laundry room has a full sized front load washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board. There is a workspace including a copier and copy paper. We take pride in hosting our guests and maintain all of the items in our home to be in excellent condition. There is ample parking on the driveway and lit parking on the street. Other things to note This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We do have several rules to follow. There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home. Please be curtious to our neighbors and observe the City of Scottsdale no loud noise ordinance, inside or ouside the home before 10A and after 10P. No events, parties, or get togethers of more than 8 total persons are permitted at anytime withoust prior consect from the owners. The city of Scottsdale rigously enforces noise violations. Should the police be called to the home for any reason, they will gift you with a $500 minimum fine which will be your sole liability and responsbility, payable by you, and courtesy of the City of Scottsdale.
