The space The department has: - Beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunset with a beautiful ocean view. - 50-inch HDTV. - Appliances necessary for you to enjoy a pleasant stay (kettle, blender, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, glasses, corkscrew, pots, plates, pans and cutlery). - Fiber optic internet will allow you to surf with stability and speed. - The bedroom has a queen size bed, blackout curtains and a large walk-in closet - The room has a sofa bed so you can rest peacefully. - Finely finished bathroom equipped with towels, toilet paper and soaps. For stays longer than 2 days, you can request a change of towels, paper, and soaps. - 24-hour security and surveillance. Guest access 24/7 access to the apartment. The building has a jacuzzi on the terrace that does not require a reservation. The grill area and sky bar do require a reservation. The view of the ocean and city is breathtaking. The pool will be closed for maintenance from December 24-28. On the first floor is the gym that does not require a reservation, nor does the Coworking area. The salad bar with pool table is subject to reservation. The laundry center is in the basement. Other things to note The building is located near restaurants, theaters, museums, fairs, historical places, 5 minutes from the Bridge of Sighs and 10 minutes from Larcomar. Three blocks from the Paul Harris boardwalk where you can walk, stroll, ride a bike or enjoy the natural scenery. To access the beach, go to the Bridge of Sighs, which is a 5-minute walk or 10 blocks from the building. HOUSE RULES 1️⃣ Parties, disturbances and loud noises are prohibited. (FINE: S/150) 5️⃣ Do not throw toilet paper down the toilet. (FINE: S/100) 6️⃣ The kitchen must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
