Elegant house with a terrace in a residential area just outside the historic center of Syracuse. The house has a shared entrance with another residence. Access to the house is via a staircase leading to a porch area that opens directly onto the living area, which consists of a large living room with sofas, armchairs, and television. The separate kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and espresso machine. From here, guests have access to the terrace, furnished with an outdoor sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one of which has a television and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the attic room with a queen-size futon bed, a single sofa bed, and access to the balcony. Two additional bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout. Guests have air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, at a distance of about 30 km, you will find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its natural wildlife oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo.
