"Colle Paradiso Experience" is a complex of 4 apartments, located within a property of 1,000 square meters. The Residence is located in a very quiet hilly area, in Capoliveri, in the southeastern part of the Island of Elba. The space "Il Quattro" is a lovely and cozy independent vacation home. Located in a prestigious position, the stone arch and the centuries-old holm oak delimit a strictly reserved and exclusive area overlooking an enchanting panorama. It has an internal surface area of 38 square meters. It is divided as follows: entrance, living room-kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower; the porch is equipped with furniture for eating and deckchairs to relax in front of the beautiful sea view. The barbecue outside is ideal for enjoying delicious summer grills. The price includes: cleaning of the apartment before check-in, Water, Electricity, Gas, Waste, WiFi, Bed Linen (Pillowcases, Sheets, Blankets), Bath Linen (Towels and Rug) and the main kitchen utensils. Guest access This small complex takes its name from its location (right in the middle of the hill) overlooking the beach of Straccoligno and offers a suggestive panorama that reveals in the distance the profile of a coast not so far away... Italy. At dusk, when the sun gives way to the moon and the stars return to their place, the Hill becomes... Paradise. It is one of the few heritage sites on the island to be located entirely within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, a protected reserve of the Italian State since 1996. This area is the ideal place to stay in an oasis of peace, relaxation, privacy and security, away from noise and in close contact with nature and the sea. The houses are about 1.5 kilometers from the sea and have a unique and magnificent view, thanks to the strategic location. The nearest beach is that of Capo Perla, which takes its name from the place. It is a small natural inlet, frequented mainly by our customers only (10 minutes by car). The nearest equipped beach is Straccoligno (10 minutes by car). The center of the village of Capoliveri, just 3 kilometers (15 minutes by car), is very nice, especially in the evening, with its characteristic alleys and shops. Other things to note Capoliveri, the town where the "Colle Paradiso Experience" Residence is located, is the best known on the Island of Elba for its various types of beauty: from the many beautiful beaches, to the very rustic and characteristic center, and finally one of the most important features: here you can practice any type of outdoor sport (by land or sea). The former, such as free-climbing, to the more gentle ones such as tennis and golf, and then mountain biking, trekking on foot or on horseback, archeo-trekking, and an infinite number of opportunities for birdwatchers and biowatchers to appreciate the rich variety of fauna and flora. The latter could be canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, pedal boating, to admire the colors and cleanliness of our sea. Every year, Capoliveri hosts the "Capoliveri Legend Cup", a famous mountain bike race on Monte Calamita (a terrain that has seen world-class enduro motorbike and bicycle events), Triathlon and Rally races.
