The Waterville Estates Community Center is within a third of a mile, as is the base of Campton Mountain Ski Area. After a fun-filled day of adventure, come home to shed your gear in the mudroom and unwind in the living room as sunlight streams in through a rear wall of glass. In the sparkling summer months, the deck outside is perfect for cold drinks and alfresco meals with a gorgeous view of the valley below. You'll have a kitchen with every essential, a living room with a smart TV for movie nights, and a washer/dryer to refresh your ski clothes overnight. In addition to the two bedrooms upstairs, there's a sleeping loft and a sofabed in the living room (please note, however, that when the sofabed is open, you cannot move around the living room).
