Laguépie pavilion

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities. The space The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 6 people for a short stay. Between June and September, possibility of 2 additional children's beds. Sundays: check-out later(6pm) included in the price of the stay LIVING ROOM with a large sofa, small desk area, comic book library for children/adults, board games, children's games, and a wood stove. KITCHEN equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, French press coffee maker, small blender, orange juicer, fully open to the east-facing terrace. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and pantry. LARGE TERRACE to the east, shaded in the morning and from 4 pm onwards in the summer, with deck chairs, plancha, and outdoor shower. SHOWER ROOM and toilet (hairdryer). +BEDROOM A: 1 double bed 160x200 with storage and a small wardrobe. +BEDROOM B: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 child's bed 80x200 on a mezzanine with storage and a small wardrobe. +BEDROOM C: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 child's bed 80x200 on a mezzanine with storage and a small wardrobe. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING All rooms in the accommodation are equipped with heating and air conditioning. GAMES +A zip line for children (temporarily unavailable) +Outdoor baby soccer +Dart and other outdoor games +Comic books and board games for grown-ups High chair available upon request. Free parking: private parking. BASIC EQUIPMENT Essential products to start your stay (toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices; a few dishwasher tablets, wood for the stove, and some garbage bags), as well as sheets/bedding. Please note, we do not provide bath towels and soap/shampoo. No smoking. No pets allowed. Parties are not permitted. Guest access Laguépie is accessible by train directly from Toulouse (1h20), and the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Guests have access to the entire garden and accommodation except for the tool garage and the ruin. Other things to note WALKING ACCESS TO THE VILLAGE / SWIMMING You can reach the entrance of Laguépie village in less than five minutes by foot through a bucolic path just after the ruin at the back of the garden. Laguépie has a large river bathing area that's friendly for both young and old and all essential shops (grocery store, newsagent, pharmacy, Sunday and Wednesday markets) for enjoying full days without driving, in a slow and rejuvenating pace. DISCOVERING THE SURROUNDINGS When you feel like exploring, Laguépie is located at the intersection of the Tarn, Tarn and Garonne, and Aveyron departments, with numerous hiking trails and outdoor activities (canoeing, tree climbing, climbing, via ferrata, and more), and close to several remarkable villages (St Antonin, Najac, Cordes, Caylus) and cities like Albi (Toulouse Lautrec Museum), Villefranche-de-Rouergue, and Rodez (Soulages Museum).
