Welcome to Mettawee Maple, our recently remodeled home by the Mettawee River! This charming house offers a tranquil environment, fully equipped kitchen, pet-friendly features, and a short walking path to the Mettawee River for an escape into nature. It has all new stainless steel appliances, brand new private front & back porch and a fully remodeled floor plan. An ideal getaway for a blend of comfort & outdoor enjoyment that’s less than 1/2 mile from local restaurants, bars and dispensaries. The space On the first level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee bar, a wine fridge and an open layout. There is one bedroom on this floor with beautiful French doors, one full size bed and a set of bunk beds! The living room is spacious and the first floor bathroom comes complete with a custom walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, dual sink stations and a stacked washer & dryer. The second level offers three more bedrooms, all of which have natural light and storage space. There is also a second bathroom, with a shower-tub combo and a single sink station. The outdoor amenities are just as charming, with a brand new private back deck and a front porch! The backyard features a trail leading to the beautiful Mettawee River, which guests have full access to enjoy during the stay whether it be fishing, having a campfire, or simply being in nature. Guest access Full, private access of the entire home, front porch, back deck, and walking trail behind the home down to the river.
