Large villa of 207 m2, with large lush garden with lovely, covered terrace, orangery and trampoline. It is 800 m to the beach and 350 m to a lake. S-train to Copenhagen 1.3 km away, there are 5 min to groceries + fishmonger, and 5 km to the art museum Arken. There is a large, bright living room, with access to the terrace and orangery, bedroom and two very large, lovely bedrooms/children's rooms. Delicious kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, guest toilet, office with bed, and laundry room. Bicycles are rented. The space Very nice extension, the kitchen is from 2012, and nice, but not big, the sink is worn. The living room is large and bright. The bathroom has new sanitation, the tiles are painted. It's nice, but not luxurious. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate 7 adults and 2 children under 8 years of age. There's plenty of room if you want to be more than 7 adults and two children under eight, then I'll get some guest beds. Guest access Large living room, bedroom, two large lovely children's rooms/bedroom, toilet, bathroom, guest room with workplace, laundry room/utility room. Up to four children's bicycles and a women's bicycle can be rented. Other things to note There is a cave under a witch hazel in the backyard, see photos. There is a crib that can be made smaller for babies, it stands up against the adult bed, but has no sides. There's an electric car charger in the driveway.
