New villa, little paradise.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 250 m from the sea, the villa immerses you in the heart of a quiet area, close to the Mbour-Joal road, small shops and restaurants. The villa and all its amenities are brand new (March 2023). Large bathrooms, large closets, Wi-Fi, Canal+ TV, swimming pool and outdoor shower. Beautiful equipped terrace. Housekeeper and pool attendant 3×/week. Jean-Edouard can accompany you on your outings. The space The villa has a large L-shaped living room with table, 8 chairs, sideboard, sofa, TV, Canal+, WiFi. Two large bedrooms with closet and air conditioning; each has its own large bathroom, walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 with king size bed + folding bed if necessary, air conditioning Bedroom 2 with a king size bed and a single bed, air conditioning. All beds are equipped with mosquito nets and new mattresses. Kitchen with serving hatch to the living room: new equipment: gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, cookware, dishes, washing machine. Large terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs. Swimming pool with steps and outdoor shower. Garden (mango tree, lemon trees). Towels, linens and kitchen towels provided. Only electricity is extra (card to be loaded). Guest access Guests occupy the house. The cleaning lady enters the laundry room. Other things to note The cleaning lady comes 3 times a week, as does the pool attendant, both included in the rental price. It is possible to ask the housekeeper to cook (extra charge).
