New villa, little paradise.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 250 m from the sea, the villa immerses you in a quiet area, close to the Mbour- Joal road, small shops and restaurants. The villa and all its amenities is brand new ( March 2023). Large bathrooms, large closets, Wi-Fi, Canal+ TV, Pool and outdoor shower. Beautiful equipped terrace. Housekeeper and pool attendant 3×/week. Jean-Edouard can accompany you for your outings. The space The villa has a large L-shaped living room with table, 8 chairs, bahut, sofa, TV, Canal+, WiFi. Two large bedrooms with closet and air conditioning; each has its own large bathroom , walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed + folding bed if needed , air conditioning Bedroom 2 with a king size bed and a single bed , air conditioning. All beds are equipped with new screens and mattresses. Kitchen with food passes on the living room: new amenities: gaziniere, oven, fridge, freezer, cookware, dishes, washing machine. Big terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs . Pool with steps and outdoor shower. Garden ( mango, lemon trees). Toilet linen, linens and kitchen linens provided . Only electricity is extra ( card to charge). Guest access Guests occupy the house . The cleaner enters the laundry room. Other things to note The housekeeper comes 3 times a week, like the pool attendant , both included in the rental price. It is possible to ask the cleaner to cook ( to be paid extra).
