Professionally designed, this place feels fresh and connected to nature and the history of the area. The property includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 family/living room, 1 loft/game space, 1 dining area. 12 people can sleep comfortably across 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 queen sofa beds. With 2 additional inflatable queen mattresses to give you lots of sleeping options. Amenities include: High speed internet (Star Link) Pool table Ping Pong Arcade (with thousands of games) 70" TV on a dropper mount (drops down from above the fireplace) Play Station 5 dozens of games (board games, chess, cards, etc.) large smart TVs in every bedroom (4) Hot Tub wrap-around decks with outdoor firepit and dining (Summer: June-September) Snow shoes & sleds provided (winter) Corn Hole (summer) Horse Shoe Pit (summer) Badminton and Volleyball Court (summer) Guest access You'll have access to the entire property. Right out the front door, you can access hiking, biking, snow mobiling, snow shoe trails, amazing views, and your own private aspen grove out back. Wildlife regularly passes through including moose, deer, birds, and more. Enjoy the wrap around porch, large deck, and a serenity that is something special. Other things to note Just down the road from the property is a private community fishing pond, a playground area, hiking, and amazing views. WINTER BOOKING ADVISORY: during the winter months (Nov1- May 1), snowy and icy conditions exists. The main access road is plowed and maintained though 4X4 AND CHAINS are still required to confidently access as snow can come quickly and unexpectedly, in spite of any weather planning you may have done prior to arrival.
