The space The holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2012, furnished with new furniture, and has the following layout and amenities: • Living room with two armchairs, carpet, two side tables, a stool, coat rack, shoe rack, HiFi system, and a flat-screen TV. • Fully equipped open kitchen, dining table for four people. • Large wardrobe between the dining area and the bedroom. • Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, dresser, and a flat-screen TV. • Bathroom with toilet and shower. • Small balcony (1.5 sqm) facing the inner courtyard. In June 2018, the apartment was certified by the DTV and awarded 3 stars! Included: all additional costs (electricity, water, waste), towels, dish towels, bed linens, parking space in the "Unter Laube 2" parking garage (appr. 4min walking), and Wi-Fi. Other things to note As this vacation rental changes ownership starting in 2024, there are currently two almost identical listings on Airbnb.
