The spacious layout of this home allows your entire group to gather together, as well as providing private decks and balconies to "escape" to for some quiet time. Upon entering, the bright and cheerful vibe will instantly put you in vacation mode. The den has comfy couches, a flat screen TV, and opens up to a private balcony seating 2. The living room has a comfortable modular sofa and a large flat screen for movie night. Another private balcony seats 5 for a morning or late-night snack. The places to relax are endless! Multiple chefs will enjoy snack and meal prep in the large kitchen. It is well equipped with everything you'll need and features plenty of cabinetry, SS appliances, and granite countertops. There is a breakfast bar seating for 4 and dining/game playing seating for 6. There is also a half bath on this main floor, as well as a dedicated laundry room for your convenience. Up one flight is the king-sized primary with an en suite bath. Dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub are pure luxury. There is even a private balcony for your first cup of coffee before starting your day or a nightcap to end it. Down the hall is the second king-sized bedroom, which has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third king bedroom has another en suite bath with a deep tub and shower combo. If you need to make this a working vacation, this floor also features a great spot to do so, with a desk, 2 chairs, and another private balcony with comfortable seating. Up one more flight is the large "kids" room. This fourth bedroom has two sets of full-sized bunks sleeping 6 and a play area to delight them! The ground floor has a hot tub, a propane grill, a shower to rinse the beach sand off, a fire pit, and a beverage and ice fridge. You are also welcome to enjoy the 2 paddleboards for use on the Sound only! There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway! Walk across the street to the wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the beach! It's so easy to bring your gear over for a day of fun and sun, and you are welcome to use the beach wagon provided at the house.
