The space Our apartment offers two spacious and airy bedrooms with comfortable beds, a stylish living room, a modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a renovated bathroom. The large private terrace and two balconies provide stunning views of the Argolic Gulf. New furniture, all kitchen amenities included, a designated desk space, and a Samsung Frame TV are all marshalled for your comfort and ease. The Casa Loulou apartment is our home, and we ask you kindly to take care of it as if it were your own and leave it in the same state as when you checked in. Please treat the space with respect, follow the house rules, and keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. The cleaning fee is meant to cover a thorough cleaning and proper sanitising between guests, but costs for any excess cleaning, smoking, broken items, or lost keys will be charged as a claim through AirBnB. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and two balconies, as well as ample parking space. Only a few steps away, our guests can enjoy quiet sandy shores, stunning sea and mountain view, and tasty local cuisine. For your own safety, please be advised that you are not allowed to access the roof. Please also be aware that the rails of the balconies are only 75 cm/2,5 feet tall. Other things to note Our apartment is located in a peaceful area, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. However, it's also just a short drive away from the bustling city life in Athens and the ports of Gytheio and Piraeus. Nearby attractions include the charming old town of Nafplio, the archaeological sites of Mycenae and Tegea, the wine paths of Nemea, and the ancient theatre at Epidauros. Hiking enthusiasts will love the Xiropigado Trail and Mount Zavitsa or even going as far as Sparta, Mystras and Monemvasia! This is a non smoking apartment. There is a smoking ban both inside and on the balconies, and you will be charged a €200 fee in case you do not respect the non smoking policy. After booking, we ask you to provide us with a copy of your passport or ID-card info page. For Greek guests, we ask you to also provide the AFM tax number (TIN). This information is necessary for tax purposes, as we have to register all guests in the Greek tax system to be able to check you in. All bookings are subject to a Greek environmental tax (The “Climate Resilience Levy”). For bookings made before the 20th of May 2026, this tax is not included in the listing price, and a claim will be sent to you separately through the AirBnB portal after you check in. The tariff is subject to annual review, and for 2026 the tax is set to € 2 per day for the winter months (November to March). For the summer months (April to October), the tax is € 8 per day.
