The space The farm house, with its own spacious deck and yard/garden, sits on the corner of the Spring View Stables horse farm. There are 4 bedrooms, a king (with en-suite), a queen, a full and a single. The spectacular kitchen is a chef’s dream. We have 2 dedicated work spaces and a range of options to relax, enjoy nature or work. 5 mins to downtown Waxhaw, 15 mins to Weddington and Marvin, 35 mins to Charlotte. Guest access The whole house is included. The horse farm is a separate space not accessible to guests but you are welcome to enjoy the views across the pastures and the 0.5 acre lawned yard surrounding the farm house.
