The space This lavish home has an open-plan living and dining space as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'll need for cooking or barbecuing. The expansive ocean and surrounding views can be thoroughly appreciated from the kitchen's big, covered balcony. A spacious master bedroom features an outstanding bathroom with a free-standing bath where you can relax. There are two bedrooms and combined bathroom/laundry downstairs. After a day at the beach, unwind in the Games Room, which features the 'PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN' vintage pinball game, a brand-new X-box Series S, and another smart television for catching up on your favourite streaming shows. The games room is located downstairs and is accessible via the garage. This excellent home provides a magnificent ocean-view experience, with supplied linen, Starlink Wi-Fi, and ducted air conditioning to ensure you have everything you need for a stress-free trip. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. A well-behaved small pet with its own bed is welcome.
