The home is perfect for lazy days, there are many spots to sit and relax, depending on your mood - with a coffee or a wine in the evening. The front door enters straight into the lounge room with the fully equiped all electric kitchen and 8 seater hard wood dining table. Just outside the kitchen door in an undercover outdoor seating. This area boasts tranquil sounds of the ocean and peaceful serenity. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious. All with brand new mattresses and new, new good quality bedding, including new doonas. There are extra pillows and doonas in the double sized wardrobes in each room. Two of the bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a bathroom, while two bedrooms are towards the back of the house and share a different bathroom. The special part of the house is the enormous open plan games/second lounge with 2 separate sitting areas, a kitchenette, with bar fridge, a large screen smart tv, table tennis table, games, puzzles, books and a double bunk bed (for extras). On those warm summer nights people in this room enjoy a gorgeous breeze, via the double glass doors. And in those cold winter nights, the wood fire is perfect to help you relax. There is an undercover outdoor area, with outdoor seating and a large gas clubman BBQ. The yard is fully enclosed. Most Inverloch activities are within a short 5 minute drive or leisurely walk. Bring bikes and scooters, ride (or walk) along the foreshore shared pathway to town, going through Rainbow Park playground and picnic area on your way. Make sure you wear your bathers as the beach can be accessed from several points along the 3km path. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels, a few beach towels, coffee pods and basic kitchen staples are all provided and included in the price.
