We are located in The Villages of Mariner Lakes, tucked away in the heart of Orange Beach. This peaceful, gated community is walking distance to the beach, but away from crowds, traffic, and noise! Our back porch looks out to Gulf State Park. The space The two story, open floor plan is beautifully designed and decorated, with great attention given to comfort and style! And did we mention it’s right across the street from the beach? Just a 2 min drive or 10 min walk *** NOTE: it says we are a 14 minute walk, but it's a 10 minute walk for most adults. *** Other things to note: We LOVE our Orange Beach Oasis! And we love sharing our home, so others can experience it too! We take great care to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. To serve everyone at the same level, we request and require proper respect and care from everyone who enters. A few important rules for you to consider before booking: - No pets (no exceptions, per our HOA) - No smoking ($500 min fee, STRICTLY enforced) - Absolutely, no parties or gatherings of more than 8 people (no exceptions, per our HOA.) - Must be 25 or older to rent. Drivers License required. - Please kindly note that complying with the rules & regulations stated above entails signing a rental agreement upon booking, along with providing a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. Most of all, remember, this is not a hotel. This is our home. Please only book with us if you and your guests will treat it well, as we would treat your home. We often partner with other hosts/neighbors to accommodate larger parties. NEED A MONTHLY RENTAL? We love Snow Birds and offer discounted extended rentals from November - February. Our community is ideal because it's quiet and many residents live here full time. Guest access - Guests have a private access to the condo. Other things to note The Villages of Mariner Lakes Amenities: Deeded Beach Access Outdoor Pool Tennis Courts Basketball Court Fishing Lake Check in: 4:00pm Check out: 10:00am PARKING: One parking pass is included in your quoted reservation price and will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. Please fill out all information on your parking pass and display it in your vehicle to avoid being ticketed or towed. A second parking pass may be purchased for $40. Two parking passes maximum are allowed per unit. If you need to purchase a 2nd parking pass, please notify us prior to your arrival. Parking for one vehicle is in the driveway and there are guest parking spaces for a second vehicle directly across from us. HOUSE ITEMS PROVIDED: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes: two dishwasher detergent packets, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property. BEACH ITEMS PROVIDED: We provide Tommy Bahama packpack beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon in a closet located on the back porch. WHAT WE RECOMMEND YOU BRING: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your vacation perfect!
