Both are thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty and serenity of Malibu. Enjoy the privacy of separate units while still being just steps away from each other, offering the same top-tier amenities and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Parking: Exterior parking available on a first come first serve basis in any unmarked spot. Handicap parking must have a handicap placard. Overflow parking is available across the street rooftop in the Stay Awhile Villas marked parking spots. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit privately. The building amenities such has pool and spa, private beach and laundry facility are shared. Guests also have exclusive access to CURE, a private health and wellness club conveniently located near the property but not onsite. Other things to note Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully. 1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. 2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law. 3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail. 5) Quiet hours: 9:00 pm to 9:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 7) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. This home is located on a beach that does not have a lifeguard on duty. Children should never be left alone near a beach or PCH. 8) Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. 9) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. 10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 11) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress. Building Rules: - Nothing personal can be left in hallways at any time - No hanging of towels over railings - All umbrellas must be closed during winds - Do not leave main buildings doors or front door propped open - Do not park in any space that is not shown to you at check-in - No glass or food in or around the parking area - No loud or disturbing noises in or around the pool area - No handheld speakers - No diving or jumping into the pool - Must wear appropriate pool attire - No swimming in non-pool attire - No unapproved visitors - Rinse off sand before entering the pool Additional House Rules - Malibu is a no-smoking City. Anyone who is caught smoking will be charged. $500 - There are cameras located at the front door and back deck - Fireplace can not be left unattended and should be turned off when not in use - No leaning throwing anything off the balcony - food, trash, debris - No feeding seagulls its harmful to them and the environment - Loss of the building main key is a $250 fee - No Pets Anywhere - No moving of furniture / creating noise for residents below - Only living room coffee table can be moved over to open the pullout sofa - Front Entry gate is assigned virtually through the Butterfly MX App Invite as soon as they book with exact dates of their stay - NO HVAC / typically in Malibu there is a nice cross breeze from the wind giving you a nice sea-breeze - Be mindful that there is a powerful Sonos system and with a Sonos subwoofer and please enjoy the beautiful audio setup but mindful of volume levels - Malibu is on Septic - No wipes down the drains - Do not double park, the car spot #7 - Alcohol in bar is the owners personal alcohol and is not available for consumption - No loud voices in common areas and hallways create harmony with neighbors who are sharing their space with short term visitors - The building has one entrance and one exit. Be mindful of all driving sings. Its for your safety. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen or theft to vehicles or items - Be careful pulling into parking spot, park on street or overflow if the car does not fit in the designated parking spot. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!
