Downtown West Palm Beach 2 miles, Intracoastal Waterway 3 blocks. Totally private house, yard, and driveway. No cottages or shared space. Short drive to baseball stadiums, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach, and Singer Island. Dog permitted with prior approval. There is some loitering and foot traffic at the end of the street at the highway. Successful stays include guests who have experience living or working in a lower income neighborhood. Bring Streaming service The space The Gate House is usually the lowest priced single family home in the area!!! We've hosted many wonderful guests including yacht craftsmen, Paley families, international vacationers, snowbirds, baseball team members and more. The Gate House is a small 2/1 built around 1960. The kitchen is very basic. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The backyard is fenced and private. The driveway can fit about three vehicles. There is additional street parking. There is a full sized washer and dryer, a large refrigerator, and a mid- sized range. Wifi and local antenna TV channels are provided. Please bring your streaming service with you.
