1) Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. You can walk there. 2) It is close to Legoland (7 mins by car). 3) It's a great place to stay with family and a great place for work. (500mbps internet) 4) The interior is gorgeous. 5) The pool is very pleasant, and the view from the gym is great. 6) This unit is open-wide. 7) Very clean and well prepared because Koreans strictly clean and manage it.
