Cozy apartment in Chugiak

We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing. The space The apartment is attached to our detached garage, completely separate and private from our house. The apartment has 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and desk. The living room/dining/kitchen area boasts an open concept. The living room has the second sleeping space, a full size futon. Full service laundry (washer & dryer) room is located off of the bedroom. Guest access Guests may park 1 vehicle (we can offer 2 spots if needed) in front of the apartment and have access to the entire apartment. We will do our best to respect your privacy, please respect ours. stick to the area around your apartment. Other things to note We also own and operate AK Paddlesports, a kayak, canoe, paddleboard rental business. If you are staying with us and would also like to rent equipment to paddle on some our local nearby lakes we offer free delivery to our Airbnb guests ($30 value).
