Our property is well suited for both family vacations with and without children and friend groups looking for a place to relax, entertain and base yourselves for an unforgettable Gold Coast holiday. HOME ITSELF- Open plan modern entertainers delight. 2 outdoor living spaces making the most of our tropical Queensland lifestyle. At the front of the home you’ll find an extra large undercover area with a large corner outdoor lounge and an 8 seater outdoor table and chairs with lovely pendant lighting. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. This space comes off the lounge room and dining room with large sliding doors. Out the back you’ll find our totally private tropical pool area which consists of large palm trees, cacti and tropical plants surrounding the perimeter of the backyard and pool area. A modern (approx 4x6 meter) magnesium salt water heated pool, heated spa, pool loungers and plenty of morning and afternoon sun. You’ll also find a BBQ and an undercover seating area consisting of a high table and 6 chairs. You’ll find a small grassed area for playing with a cubby playhouse for young children. We have a portable fire pit that can be used on the grassed area and a ping pong table that can be set up also on the grassed area. This area comes off the other side of our lounge area and also the newly renovated master bedroom & ensuite opens up onto this tropical area. The home gets a wonderful sea breeze and opens up to give you ample living and entertaining spaces. Plenty for the kids to do from a play den, basketball hoop, pool toys, board games and skate ramp. Inside you’ll find brand new herringbone flooring throughout the living and master bedroom(new lush carpets in the other bedrooms) a large lounge space with ample seating & large TV and a study nook. This space opens out to the outdoor spaces. Dining area consists of a 6 seater table and chairs (with an option to add a wooden bench seat for extra seating) Our Kitchen is a cooked dream with every appearance you can think of and plenty of platters and serving boards. It has an extra large gas cooktop and oven. Island bench top with 3 stools and a large double door fridge with ice & water dispenser. Included appliances- Blender, juicer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, roasting pans, coffee machine and almost every accessory you can think of. Wine glasses, beer glasses, cocktail glasses and shakers , platters and more. Although the kitchen hasn’t been a part of our latest renovation, it was renovated some years prior and it’s still modern, functional and a pleasure to cook & be in. Down the hall you’ll find the main bathroom that consists of toilet, shower, vanity & bath. And 3 Bedrooms, all newly refurbished with quality bedding and decor. The master bedroom is down the other end of the home and comes off the lounge area through a secret door and opens out to the pool area. This room has been extensively renovated and is our favourite room of the home. Cute arch openings into a luxe trendy bathroom consisting of a beautiful free standing bath, shower, custom vanity with brass fittings & toilet. This bathroom has been crafted with stunning handmade Moroccan textured tiles of soft terracotta, pink & white on the floor and wall behind the bath. Textured microcemented walls with arch nieces, a large arch mirror and a custom handmade rattan barn door closing this space off. This space you’ll find yourself feeling relaxed when taking a lovely long soak in the tub. There is also a hairdryer for your convenience.
