One of the highlights the expansive outdoor area featuring a large pool. Whether you're looking to cool off on a warm Texas day or simply relax by the water. (MUST BE ID VERIFIED WITH BNB) The space This is a beautiful fully renovated one-story home. The home boats an open and welcoming floor plan perfect for entertaining and family time. The living room has a very comfortable sofa (converts to queen size sleeper) and love seat and has a 65-inch 4k Smart TV perfect for a movie night. • Dining table with seating for 6 and the kitchen island sits another 3 people. • Game room features a 65-inch 4k Smart TV, pool table, small foosball table, Pacman arcade game. • Enjoy our backyard with a large swimming pool and a beautiful pergola with ample lighting for the evening time. The patio/ pergola features a couch 2 chairs and a great swing! There is a firepit perfect to sit around and roast marshmallows while enjoying great conversation with friends and family. There is a large dual propane and charcoal grill as well. Layout & sleeping arrangements: • 1st Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 side tables, and a large 8 drawer dresser. This room has a 55inch 4K smart TV. The room has a closet as well with hangers and a private bathroom attached. • 2nd Primary on the opposite end of the hallway has a king size bed, 2 side tables, 8 drawer dress, closet and private bathroom attached. This bedroom has a 55-inch 4K smart TV. • 3rd bedroom with 1 queen size bed, small desk and chair, and a 4-drawer dresser located in the closet. This room has a 43inch 4K Smart TV. Located in the middle of the hallway. • 4th bedroom 2 twin over full bunk beds, a small 3 drawer dresser, and closet. Main living room has a queen sleeper sofa Guest access 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. Parking: 2 car garage with an EV car charge free and available for guest to use. Driveway fits 4 cars comfortably. NO STREET PARKING . Max 6 car limit. NO STREET PARKING Other things to note THE POOL IS SERVICED EVERY FRIDAY (will not need to enter the home but will go through the back gate to service the pool) Pool is also serviced prior to guest checking in.Please note we clean and service the pools multiple times a week but we cannot control nature (leaves,cold water, and weather, etc…) we leave a net at the property to skim the pool if leaves fall in. This property cannot accommodate an RV, Camper, Or boat. Maximum 6 car max (ZERO STREET PARKING) Friday is trash day, Thursday evening an employee will stop by to put the trash out in front of the home. Unfortunately Irving does not use trash cans/bins so the bags must be removed from the bin and left at the end of the driveway. We DO NOT require guests to do this and do not need to enter the property when coming to put the trash out. There is currently construction on the main road (city repairs and work) out of the host control. We do offer free early check ins and late check outs, but they must be requested ahead of time and are NOT GUARENTEED. We will always try to accommodate when possible. The earliest check in we allow is 2:00 (when we can accommodate) The latest check out we allow is 12:00 (when we can accommodate) MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FOR BOTH EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT (NEITHER ARE GUARANTEED) Host is NOT responsible for unlikely third party amenity interruptions; such as electricity, water, gas, or internet. Which are beyond our control. For example; anything due to weather or natural causes, down power lines, frozen pipes, any outages, etc. Therefore; we absolutely cannot give any type of compensation or refund pertaining to these issues.
