Located in the countryside, 5 km north of DINAN, this spacious house is ideal for family gatherings and a quiet stay. Idyllic location to discover the region (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Cancale, the pink granite coast or Mont St Michel...). No pets allowed. The space Contemporary decor, on the ground floor, a large equipped kitchen, a 45 sqm dining /lounge area and a table convertible into French billiards. Upstairs, a shower room, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, and 1 children's room with two single beds. Outside, a large outdoor area, heated pool depending on the season and shared (with our 2 children and this remains very occasional), deckchairs, parasols, barbecue are at your disposal. The use of the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for tenants of the cottage, outdoor people are not allowed on the aquatic area. Access to a greenway is close by to Dinard. No pets allowed.
