This accommodation is suitable for holidays with a large family (or 2 families) or a group up to 12 persons. There is lots of space in the park. You can play soccer or table tennis, bathe in the pool, or fire up the grill for a good asado. The contact with animals is also possible. The Casero has cows, horses, sheep, geese and chickens. Horseback riding is also possible on request for children. Baradero is 15 km away, the house can be reached directly from Ruta 41. The space The house is 15 km outside Baradero. It is only 300 meters away from Ruta 41 and is therefore easily accessible even in a lot of rain! Guest access The house, pool and pool house is privately available to guests. The house and park are fenced and available. In the house outside lives the family looking to the property and house. For the pool, due to a customer complaint in Sept 24, we have the following rule from October 24 onwards: The pool is only not cleaned in the months of June, July and August and is not ready to use. From September 1 to May 31, the pool is always clean and ready for use. Other things to note Outside the fenced property lives the family who maintain the house and turnaround. Once a day they clean the pool in the summer months ( mostly in the morning). There is no central heating in the house. In the living room you can light a fire to warm the room. In the 3 bedrooms you can heat something with the air conditioners. However, there is no central heating which keeps the entire house nice and evenly warm. In the low season you can rent the house for up to 12 people extremely cheaply for a week-end and "test" it. If you only want to spend the week end there by Sunday, it is still best to book the night from Sunday to Monday. We offer them especially cheaply. So you do not have the risk of having to leave the house on Sunday at 10 a.m. because new tenants book from Sunday! This night from Sunday to Monday can only be booked together with the week end before. In January+February 2025, we only rent the house weekly from Saturday to Saturday. So you can get to know it now... and then reserve your holidays from January/February 2025! Dogs are welcome. However, you should stay outside the house; just within the fence that surrounds the property.
