There are no steep cliffs for beach access, just a gentle walk. This is a hosted home. The space Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a single bed at the top and a double bed underneath. Trundle bed is also available. Built in robes with ample storage, desk, block out curtains and floor fan. Bedroom 3 has a queensize bed, bedside cupboards, ceiling fan, built in robes with ample storage. Bedroom 1 is the host’s area. Retreat area in garage has shelving, sofa bed, lounge, TV with the back garage door opening to the outdoor entertaining area. Available on request. With clear blue water and white sand, you can enjoy a swim, relax or throw a line in. For the children, a playground is a short distance away. Beach access for vehicles is available to the south where you can meet with others, settle for the day and enjoy being on the beach. Enjoy long walks along the sandy white beach or walking and cycling along the beach track. You'll feel right at home for a gathering with family and friends or relaxing in front of the television or curl up and read a book. Safe and secure back area where children can play. WHAT IS AROUND: Major Noarlunga shopping centre and Wallis movie cinema is within 15 minute drive. Close to the Southern Expressway for driving to Adelaide (40 minutes). Public transport available by rail at Seaford – five minutes drive to the station. A stress free ride to Adelaide and no parking fees. Seaford Shopping Centre is only a short 10 minute walk away with two major supermarkets, Big W, and a variety of cafes and smaller speciality shops. Dining places nearby include a choice of a wide range of fast food options, Duke’s Café, Deep Blue Cafe (renowned for their fabulous pizzas & coffee) and the Seaford Beach Hotel – a 5 minute walk. Other casual and more formal dining choices are at Port Noarlunga and Aldinga. YOUR AREAS Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a single bed at the top and a double bed underneath. An extra retreat area (located in the garage) is equipped with a TV, lounge and sofa bed. This area is available on request. Bedroom 1 is the host’s area. OUTDOOR AREA The dining area opens out onto a welcoming all-weather outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor seating for casual meals and spending time together. Safe private area with high fencing. Children can watch television, play and relax in a safe environment. House is light and airy. DVD, TV, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner, Full Kitchen Facilities, Kettle, Microwave, BBQ, Dishwasher, Laundry Facilities, Vacuum Cleaner, Iron and Board. WHAT'S PROVIDED: Breakfast facilities include filtered water, cereals, milk, bread, raisin bread and condiments. Bath towels and bed linen suppled.
