Chalet with a view of Monterosa

The Achillea apartment is located at the entrance to the village in a complex of newly built chalets in perfect Walser style, in a quiet and peaceful area. The central location allows you to walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the ski lifts of the Monterosa Ski area in a few minutes. Within walking distance is the path that allows you to reach the beautiful Valle d'Otro in about 1 hour. The space The apartment, ideal for families, has 4 beds. It is spread over a single level and consists of a large open space with a kitchenette, a dining table and a living area with a sofa bed; the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is surrounded by a large lobby (balcony) for the exclusive use of guests, which can be enjoyed as a relaxation area in the summer months. Inside the complex, there is a laundry room and a ski room available to guests, accessible upon request and from which all responsibility for their use is waived. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor, which is accessed via two flights of stairs. There are free parking spaces near the accommodation. If there are no places available, there are large parking lots at the entrance to the village, a 5-minute walk from the property. Parking is always allowed for loading/unloading luggage. Other things to note The ski facilities of the Monterosa Ski area can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot from the apartment. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the free shuttle service (the nearest stops Indren Hus or Alagna 2000 are a 3-minute walk from the apartment). The price does not include the accommodation tax of €2.50 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years of age and people with disabilities).
