Guest access Casita has a private ground entrance separate from the villa located on the second level. Other things to note The Sundancer pool is a short walk through the lush jungle and is inviting year around. The neighborhood is safe, private, with 24-hour security. Our property manager can arrange airport pick up and drop off (up to 4 people) if needed for a low fee, and can also suggest or help with itineraries of your choice, including a private chef. We have made arrangements with the Mayan Princess Beach Resort for you to receive a guest pass to use their magnificent pool and beach area, parking, etc. West Bay is one of the top 10 beaches of the world and is about a 10-minute beach walk from Mayan Princess where you will find upscale restaurants along with beachfront bars and a wide variety of water activity rentals. Onsite parking is free and limited to 1 vehicle. The Casa Maya community has occasional property construction durning the weekday between the hours of 8a-5p.
