The space 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a bonus room just 1 minute from Downtown Simpsonville and 20 minutes to Downtown Greenville! Surrounded by a spacious lot and on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Some amazing places nearby: College Park: pickleball courts and playground (0.4mi) Warehouse at Vaughns: great food venue that often has live music (0.6 mi) Ice Cream Station (0.6 mi) Heritage Park (2.6 mi) Downtown Greenville (20 min) Walking through the side door places you in a cozy dining area. From there you will see the main bathroom, the fully furnished kitchen, and the stairs going up to the bonus room. Moving into the kitchen, you will find the double doors that lead to the back deck with a table and four chairs. Once through the kitchen you will enter the hall that goes to the living room and bedrooms. There are two bedrooms that have queen beds and the third has a twin bed with a twin pullout. From the hallway you will also find the 2nd bathroom and the living room. The living room has 65” smart tv surrounded by a comfy love seat and couch. The bonus room upstairs has a 50” smart tv, two bean bag chairs, day bed, crib, and a desk which gives you a separate quiet workspace from the rest of the house. Every morning enjoy a wonderful coffee while sitting on the front porch swing. It’s my favorite way to start the morning when visiting. Guest access Once you arrive, pull under the awning to park.
